Workshop Description
• This course strategically integrates the innovative capabilities of Generative AI
with the structured methodologies of Design Thinking. Targeting professionals
primarily from the retail, sales, customer service, and financial services sectors,
it is meticulously crafted to address critical industry-specific competencies.
Participants will master skills in empathy-driven customer engagement, AIenhanced ideation, rapid prototyping, and effective communication strategies,

Minimum Entry Requirement
• Minimum Secondary education and be able to read, listen, speak and write
English or at a proficiency level of the Employability Skills Workforce Skills
Qualification (ES WSQ WPL Level 4).
• At least 1-2 years of managerial or supervisory experiences or a WSQ Level 3
qualification.
• Age above 25 years old
